Tuna balls in Lemon cream
This small serving is a bit complex and you’ll need good senses to decide when the mixture is ready for frying.
In a small Magimix or any other electronic slicer, crush the onion and the two eggs into a liquid mixture.
Add crushed garlic, almonds flour (or any flour-like mixture). You can use grounded almonds as well.
If you have left-over of Keto bread, you can mince it and merge it instead.

With wet hands, prepare meatballs and place a few minutes aside.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and when it is hot, fry the patties until golden.
Transfer to a dry skillet with deep margins.
For the lemon cream: Cook the heavy cream on a low flame and when the bubbles form, add the lemon.
Remove immediately from heat and season. Don't forget to taste before serving.
Pour over most of the lemon cream, cook lightly until the cream is absorbed in the meatballs.
