Tuna Falafel
How?
Chop onions into very small pieces.
(I'm using Magimix)
Add the eggs, salt, breadcrumbs, and spices.Blend.
Add the tuna with short pulses.
Prepare small, round balls like falafel balls. Fry with olive oil.
Recommended: Tahini, homemade pesto sauce,
Serve with salad or green beans (long) stir-fried in olive oil
and add lemon and salt
What's inside?
2 cans of tuna in oil
2 eggs
1 medium onion
"Bread crumbs" from the remains of a piece of bread*
Himalayan salt
Mediterranean spices
2 tablespoons psyllium
Olive oil
* If you don't have bread crumbs, use crushed almonds.
