Heat the pistachios in a skillet and crash into thin flour.
Add all the ingredients. If the mixture is too moist, add more almond flour.
Heat the oven to 180c degrees, and wink into circles.
Sprinkle with pistachio chips. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle powdered sugar substitute.

3/4 cup Erythritol or Swever Confectioners
1/4 cup heavy cream
