Cut the zucchini and onions and fry in olive oil and a butter cube.
Add chicken bones or broth and cook until the vegetables are soft.
Transfer to Magimix and grind.
Add heavy cream, salt and pepper, and espelette.
Add lemon juice.
Taste and adjust flavors.
Cool and serve cold with roasted almond chips.
