Sour spicy Chinese soup


Cut the cabbage into strips 

Cut the onion in half and slice

Boil the axis bones with water in

Add the soy, apple cider vinegar, chili and spices.

Put the chicken strips in a pot and cook for 15 minutes

Add the vegetables and continue to cook for another 15 minutes

Season with salt and white pepper

Mix the egg and drizzle with a pen into the soup when it is r

1-2 cups of meat and chicken bones

1/4 cup gluten-free soy

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon ground chili or other hot liquid

1/2 kg chicken breast cut into strips

Asian spices (mixture of 5 spices)

1/4 cabbage

1/2 red onion

1 egg L

Green onion for garnish

Pure sesame oil

Hot red pepper (optional)

Salt and white pepper
