Preheat oven to 180C
In a microwave, melt the mozzarella cheese with the cream cheese for 30 seconds.
In a food processor put all the dry ingredients, add the cheeses and then the egg.
Add salt, taste and fix to taste.
Make about 14-16 rolls and flatten slightly.
Mix the egg yolk with the olive oil and spread on the rolls.
Sprinkle sesame seeds in different colors (plain, roasted, black, wasabi)
Bake for 15-20 minutes.

3 tablespoons cream cheese 22% minimum
1/2 tsp of Himalayan salt
1 egg yolk + tablespoon olive oil
