Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In the microwave, melt the mozzarella and cheese: 30 seconds, stir and again 30 seconds,
until everything comes together.
Mix the almond flour, erythritol, and baking powder and add
to the cheese mixture. Add the egg and a pinch of salt.
Prepare a dough out of all ingredients.
It is very important to taste and add sugar substitute.
Grease a multi-cake mold with butter or oil spray.
Wet your hands and make small rolls.
Although the pulp looks very soft, the dough is easy to shape.
Brush the bun with the mixed yolk with water.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds (optional)
Bake in the bottom third of the oven for about 20 minutes until golden.
