
Stars and Hearts
HOW?
Preheat oven to 175C/350F.
Mix all ingredients into a comfortable kneading dough (I prefer Magimix)
Roll the dough between two baking or nylon paper clips to 1/2 inch thick
Shape shapes (stars, hearts, circles and whatever you like)
Place on lightly greased baking paper. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden
In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate, with a little erythritol.
Brush the dough gently.
Cool well.
Can be decorated with ketogenic candies (STOKA)
What's inside?
100 cc of almond flour
100 g of melted butter
70 grams of coconut flour
100 cc Erythritol
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup sweet cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the chocolate decoration:
1-2 tablespoons erythritol
Chocolate spread:
1-2 tablespoons erythritol
80-100g dark chocolate 85% dissolved
