It is recommended to use a cupcake or small molds.
Melt butter and heat the sweet cream slightly. Mix all ingredients to get a softener.
Divide into medium balls, and place in a greased pan.
Brush with yolk and sprinkle little sesame seeds for decoration.
75 g butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups almond flour
1 tablespoon erythritol
A teaspoon of Himalayan salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
