Preheat oven to high heat

Mix the mozzarella and almonds and heat for 30 seconds in the micro

Flat the dough between two baking sheets.

Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes

During baking, roast the chicken with olive oil

Add Mediterranean Shawarma/Donner spices.

Remove from the oven, pour raw tahini on the dough.

Place the chicken, sprinkle with olive oil and more tahini.

Serving Options: Transfer to a plate of rolls or serve with as is.
