Seeds Rolls


Preheat oven to 180 c degrees

In a microwave, melt the yellow cheese for 30 seconds, mix and simmer for another 30 seconds.

In a food processor or mixer, mix the cheese with the other dry ingredients.

Taste to fix salt.

Create small balls (40-50 g)

Brush the rolls with water.


Put in the center of the oven for 20-30 minutes.

The rolls are ready when lightly golden and crispy on the outside.

You can enlarge the balls and flatten and create a larger bun.

You can add spices (no more than a teaspoon for any quantity)

140 gr Yellow Cheese (minimum 28% fat or mozzarella)

60 cc Cream cheese

1/2 cup almond flour (70g)

1/4 cup sunflower seeds (35 g)

1/4 cup of flax seeds (40 g)

2 tablespoons psyllium

1 tablespoon sesame (8 g)

Teaspoon baking powder

3 tablespoons of water

1 teaspoon of thin Atlantic salt
