How?

In a mixer whip eggs with water.

Accepted to get a high foam of eggs.

Carefully add the rest of the dry ingredients.

Taste and see if salinity is right for you. If salt is missing add.

Bake in long, medium-temperature molds (180c/360F degrees) in olive oil.

 

What's inside?

4 large eggs

1/4 cup water

150 g (5.5 Ounces) of almond flour or crushed almonds

50 grams (2 Ounces) of psyllium

300 gram (10 Ounce) seed mixture (pine-nuts, sunflower, pumpkin, ground flax, nuts, pistachios)

2 teaspoons baking powder

Salt Himalaya

Slightly dried oregano, sesame seeds
