Red fruits jam

How?

In the pot heat the red fruits with a 1/4 cup water.

Add 1-2 tablespoons sweetener to taste.

(You can add 1/3 teaspoon gelatin or agar-agar)

Reduce the liquid, cool and transfer to a glass jar

Refrigerate for about 24 hours

What's inside?

1 bag of frozen red fruits

2-3 tablespoons of Erythritol or another sugar substitute

1/3 cup of water
