Red fruit mousse
In a small pot, cook the red fruit and the sugar substitute.
Beat the sweet cream with the sugar substitute.
Leave aside half of the fruit syrup and fold the rest into the whipped cream.
In a transparent glass, drizzle the red syrup and fill the fruit mousse with a sprinkling bag.
Decorate a mint leaf.
Frozen mixed of berries + 2 tablespoons of Erythritol
1 Heavy cream + 2 spoons of sugar substitute
Mint leaves for decoration
