In olive oil and a little butter, fry the meat with onions and garlic.
When the meat is closed, transfer to the oven and season with spices.
The recommended spice is a blend of five Chinese spices.
Salt and roast for 6 hours.
Serve with red fruit sauce and a refreshing salad (cabbage or lettuce).

Red fruit sauce:
Bag or a box of mixed berries
2 tablespoons sugar substitute (Swever)
Half a glass of water
Half a lemon
Boil the fruit, reduce the sauce, grind in a small grinder
