Beat the egg white Erythritol for strong foam.
In a small bowl mix all seeds.
Add the egg white.
Preheat oven to Med-High (350F/180C)
With 2 teaspoons creat small balls and put on a baking sheet.
Press the balls to make flat circles.
Bake between 10-15 Min.
Watch carefully as these ones tend to be ready quite fast.
Cool out and spread some melted chocolate

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
