Zucchini Manti


Peel the zucchini and slice evenly into half-moon shapes

Boil water with salt and when the water boils soak the zucchini no more than 2-3 minutes.

The zucchini should be al-Dante.

Mix half a cup of heavy cream with the yogurt.

Lightly salt and add white pepper.

Fry the minced meat to a roasting level in a frying pan with olive oil. The meat should absorb the oil and be dry. Add spices and make sure to add red spicy pepper and some finely chopped mint leaves.

Place the zucchini on the bottom of the plate (preferably deep).

Place a layer of meat, a layer of cream and again a layer of meat.

Decorate with parsley.

You can add some pine nuts to the meat.

1/2 kg of beef and lamb mixed with fat

3 zucchini

1/2 cup sweet cream 38%

4 tablespoons of yogurt with the most fat percentage

Olive oil

Thin Himalayan salt, white pepper, mint leaves

Parsley, pine nuts (optional)
