Muffins Rolls


Grease personal molds

In a food processor, mix the eggs, whipped cream, and sugar substitute

Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

When the mixture is ready - add the flax seeds.

Divide into individual molds, filling up to 2/3 height of the mold

Bake for about 20 minutes, until the coating is golden and the toothpick in the center comes out dry

Chill well and remove from the mold.

Makes 6-8 muffins.

What's inside?

2 large eggs

1 cup of almond flour

1/2 cup sweet cream

4 tablespoons roasted flax seeds

1 tablespoon of erythritol or 3 drops of stevia

1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan salt

1 teaspoons baking powder
