Cream cheese rolls


Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Stir almond flour with baking powder and egg

Add the remaining ingredients.

Grease a 6-socket (multi-cake) mold and fill (about a tbsp)

Bake until solid and golden bun is obtained

Chill and serve.

120 gr almond flour

50 gr butter

50 gr grated hard yellow cheese (like Parmesan, cheddar)

125 gr cream cheese

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan salt

1 teaspoon baking powder without aluminum
