Chicken Lemon soup



Cut the chicken breast into small rectangles

Fry in butter, olive oil, and garlic

When the chicken is well cooked - but not browned add heavy cream.

When boiled, add salt and pepper and immediately lemon juice.

Serve in a deep soup dish, garnished with green onion

And finger lime (if any)

1.5 kg of chicken breast

50 gr of butter

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 heavy cream 38%

2 tsp crushed garlic

1/2 lemon

Himalayan salt

White pepper

Green onions

Finger Lime (optional)
