Caprese salad - Mozzarella and some tomatoes (low in carbohydrates)


A salad made with mozzarella cheese, a few cherry tomatoes, homemade pesto, and tomato ice.

Ice Tomato:

Choose a low-carb tomato sauce. Take a few tablespoons and mix with olive oil, salt, white pepper or asphalt. Season with oregano. Freeze. Before serving, scratch it into thin ice with a fork and sprinkle on the mozzarella. Sprinkled with olive oil, and salt.

Decorate with pesto and kalamata
