Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Melt the butter, chocolate, and erythritol on low heat or in the microwave.
Add the eggs while stirring strongly (you can use a food processor).
Add all the dry ingredients.
Grease a square mold or two elongated patterns
Bake for about 20 minutes.

180 gr 90% chocolate
100 gr of almond flour
50 gr almonds or ground nuts
1/2 tbsp baking powder without aluminum
220 gr erythritol sugar substitute
Pinch of Himalayan salt
